OWNER & OPERATOR

Nick owns and operates our Denver, CO office with his wife Lauren. They focus on the design and development of new-build construction. MOD’s intentions in Denver are to bring well thought-out design and execution to the skyline and city’s residential streets. Nick’s main focus is to provide developers and home owner’s with a level of design and service that far exceeds their expectations. Nick can sketch on the fly, create 3D renderings and virtual spaces, and then hand you a permit ready set with MOD’s modern touch.

OWNER & DESIGNER

Lauren owns and operates our Denver, CO office with her husband Nick. They focus on the design and development of new-build construction. Lauren has incredible skillsets that range from front end design analytics and data collection to the execution of that data into an extremely well thought out design solution.

LEAD ARCHITECT

Aaron has a diverse portfolio of award winning work focusing on residential and commercial projects. Aaron is a registered architect in the States of Kansas, Colorado, and Missouri. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is NCARB certified.

DESIGNER

Sean works with the Denver, CO office. He often finds himself behind the scenes working on design development and construction document sets. He joined the company back in 2020 while working on his undergrad and master's degrees at CU Denver. When not at the computer on the weekends he often finds himself at the controls of a locomotive running tourist trains up in the mountains of Colorado.
